How to production solid wood bathroom vanities ?

Our USA client search our company information from internet.
And he sent inquiry to us and tell us that they interested in our bathroom vanities for their hotel project.
After 5 days connection and discuss.
Fortunately. The hotel owner final choose 3 design bathroom vanities. Meanwhile they accpet our quotation.
As to we are first time cooperation. Hotel owner want to check quality before order bulk goods.
They want us to make some vanities samples. Because time is limited and they hope shipping all sample by Air.
This is urgent order. First we confirmed with our production department and informed client we can finish sample within 16 days.The client very happy for our service.
2015-3-8:
Client confirmed final sample proforma invoice and payment sample charge to us.
2015-3-9:
Our production department arrange material to production it.
2015-3-24
We have finished all sample and take more pictures to client before shipping.
As to our products is easy broken when shipping by Air.
So our production department make very strong packing for these sample.
Actually this packing is very important. We have rich experience on this before.
We packed the bathroom vanities in cartons with 5cm foam for 6 sides.
And the basins packed in strong cartons with 2cm foam.then put the cartons in the wooden boxes.
In this way. the bathroom vanities arrived the client office safely ,even the mirror is not broken.
2015-4-1:
About 5 days later,the client received the cabinets sample.
They are very happy with our quality and our packing.
Of course , they place the order to us finally.
After 2 days discuss we confirmed final bathroom vanities order.
Total 560 sets bathroom vanities. In order to avoid any mistake.
Our designer Ms Coco make each vanity design drawing sent to client confirm it.

We received client email and confirmed sign vanities drawing.
2015-4-6
Our bank inform us that we have received client deposit.
Our production department begin to prepare the bulk goods material and production.
2015-4-16
The cabinet produce is going well.
on the other hand,the client also want to purchase some bathroom accessories to match their bathroom vanities.
such as bathroom faucet ,shower head ,pop-up drainers .
We prepare these sample at once and sent to client within 2 days by DHL.
After 3 days our clients satisfy the quality and place a new order from us right now.
We could ship the vanities with these accessories together and help client save a lot sea freight by this way. why not ?
2015-6-12
It is the time to ship the goods. Client company QC come to our factory to check the quality.
2015- 6- 13
Mr Liu (QC) come to our factory to check the vanity goods whole days.
He sent final inspection report to client later.
2015-6-14
When client check all inspection report after.
They are very happy for our goods quality and packing way.
And let their shipping forwarder contact us and arrange booking container.
Meanwhile client payment all balance money to us.

As to total 5 pcs 40’HQ container goods. So we spend whole days to loading these container.
When we finished loading container.
We sent more loading container picture to our client. They are very happy for our service.
Client tell us it is nice cooperation in this time and looking forward to better cooperation in the near future.
